2023 Hay Shed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

A richly fruited yet stylish and highly refined Margaret River Cabernet.

Matured in French oak barrels for 13 months. Pitch black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Enticing blackcurrant and mulberry scents greet the nostrils with impressive intensity followed by some spicy vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco, black olive and subtle bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant, liquorice and mulberry fruits swoop across the expansive palate with ample power and depth. Vanillin cedar, tobacco, earth, black olive and spicy dried herb characters are highlighted across the back half. Fine grained tannins are expertly integrated with fruit. Long, stylish finish.
