Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Nosing offers up Granny Smith apple and lime juice scents alongside some delicate herbaceous grassy and steely mineral notes. Fleshy lime and orange like flavours have a generous feel across the palate with some lemon grass and stony mineral elements lying underneath. Finishes with lively acidity and a refreshing mid length aftertaste.
