2023 Fat Bastard Pinot Noir

Mid weighted with a relatively sweet and jammy flavour profile.

Semi translucent dark red colour with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Cherry, plum and strawberry jam aromas are followed by hints of dried herbs and earth. Relatively sweet and jammy, the mid weighted palate features strawberry and plum jam flavours over a delicate earth and cinnamon spice back drop. Well fleshed with slightly dryish tannins and spicy finish of modest length.
