Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas mix with hints of honeysuckle, quince and spice. Luscious pear and red apple fruits carry ample weight and shape across the palate with notions of quince and wet slate in the background. Brisk underlying acidity with a dry finish that has a dash of spice to it.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

A properly dry pinot gris that is a model of balance and harmony, the creaminess balanced by discreet freshness on the medium-bodied palate. I love the fresh melon and orange blossom aromas. Just a hint of tannin in the finish adds a bit of tension. Drink now.
