2023 Domaine Thierry Laffay & Filles Petit Chablis

Concentrated and beautifully shaped with a long river stone like finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with bright straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of pear, lime and green apple are complimented by oyster shell and stony mineral notes. Relatively rich and full for Petit Chablis, the beautifully shaped palate is filled with fleshy pear, green apple and lime fruits. Traces of dried honey, wet stone and a subtle saline like minerality linger across the back half. Excellent concentration with brisk acidity imparting a fresh feel across the long, well rounded, river stone like finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
