2023 Domaine de Montille Le Clos du Chateau Bourgogne

A concentrated and beautifully rounded Bourgogne.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Attractive white peach, dried honey and pear scents blossom out of the glass followed by whiffs of citrusy nougat and wet stone. Fleshy white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours are layered across the mid weighted palate. Concentrated and beautifully rounded texturally, notions of biscuity nougat, citrus and wet stone are also evident. Fresh acidity with a long, subtlety creamed finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
