Founded in 1972 by Charles and Marie-Francoise Audoin, Domaine Charles Audoin has been central to Marsannay's evolution into one of the Cote de Nuits' most engaging appellations. From an initial three hectares, it has grown to fourteen across many of the village's key sites. Since taking over in 2000, Cyril Audoin has brought a quiet precision to both vineyard and cellar, guiding the estate to organic certification and overseeing the construction of a purpose-built winery. The result is a style that feels unmistakably of Marsannay: pure, composed, and full of energy.

Wonderful balance of restrained creaminess and chalky minerality on the concentrated and focused, medium-bodied palate. So much energy! Long, driving finish that is really polished. Fermented and matured in 500-liter barrels for one year. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
