Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour, with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Pear, citrus and red apple scents mix with hints of honeysuckle and mineral notes. Supple and shapely in the mouth the palate features delicious pear and red apple fruits over traces of honeysuckle, musk and spice. Finishes dry with a lick of brisk acidity enlivening the long, slippery textured conclusion.
