2023 De Bortoli PHI Lusatia Park Pinot Noir

Perfumed aromatics with delicious red to dark fruits, a supple texture and long, savoury finish.

Fermented with a mixture of whole berries and whole bunches with maturation taking place in new and used French oak barriques for a period of 9 months. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a red tinged hue. Perfumed aromatics of violet, red to dark cherry and rhubarb intermix with brambly cedar, dried herb, forest floor and spice notes. Delicious red to dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb fruits are supplely layered across the palate. Expansive power wave with notions of spicy cedar, bramble, dried herbs and forest floor lending further complexity. Fine grained tannins with a long polished and highly savoury finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
