Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle hint of green to the edges and a watery hue. Delightful white peach, dried honey and cashew scents enchant the olfactory senses with some biscuity nougat and spice notes also evident. The elegant mid weighted palate features fleshy peach and nectarine fruits over subtle cashew, citrusy nougat and biscuit characters. Finishes dry with a refined aftertaste that shows good freshness. Should fill out a bit more with some bottle age.
