Juicy yet quite elegant with a dry, savoury finish.
Fruit was sourced from the Central Ranges and Tumbarumba. Deep dark red black core with a dark red hue. Spicy dark plum, liquorice and dark cherry aromas intermix with toasty cedar and peppered earth notes. Juicy yet quite elegant, plum, liquorice and cherry fruits are featured over a scorched earth and blackpepper back drop. Fleshy textural feel with slightly grainy tannins and a dry, savoury finish.
