2023 Carrajung Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense herbaceous gooseberry aromas mix with grassy asparagus and green apple notes. Vibrant citrus and herbaceous gooseberry flavours combine with green apple, a dash of passionfruit and grassy asparagus like characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a long herbaceous gooseberry and grassy asparagus aftertaste.
