Elegant, medium bodied feel with fleshy dark fruits.
A blend of 84% Grenache, 12% Shiraz and 4% Mataro matured for 8 months in large French oak barrels. Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a red hue. Spicy dark raspberry, liquorice and dark plum aromas mix with scorched earth and vanillin spice notes. Fleshy dark raspberry and liquorice fruits carry an elegant, medium bodied feel across the palate. Refined tannins and good underlying freshness with some dark plum, vanillin cedar and spicy earth elements extending across the finish.
