A savoury medium bodied Shiraz with lively acidity and a chalky feel across the finish.
Dark red heart with a black tinged surrounds and a red to dark red hue. Uplifted dark cherry, liquorice and plum aromas intermingle with dried herbs, scorched earth, vanillin cedar and peppered fennel notes. Medium bodied, spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits meld into a vanillin cedar, dried herb and peppered earth back drop. Lively acidity and grainy tannins with a chalky feel across the savoury finish.
