A blend of 91% Pinot Gris and 9% Riesling. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and Jonathan apple aromas rise from the glass followed by faint quince and spice notes. Beautifully fleshed pear and apple fruits overlay a delicate honeysuckle, citrus and spicy quince back drop. Finishes dry with brisk underlying acidity and a long supple, gently spiced aftertaste.
