Fermented and matured in French oak barriques of which 21% were new. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and white peach mix with hints of dried honey, cashew and spice. Mid weighted the palate features nectarine, white peach and citrus fruits over delicate cashew and spice. Fresh and refined it finishes with an elegant medium length aftertaste.
