2022 William Fevre Petit Chablis

Founded by William Fevre in 1957 the domaine has grown to now become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as Premiers Crus and 15.2 as Grand Crus. The Petit Chablis was matured in stainless steel vats for a period of 8-10 months to preserve freshness.

Brilliant pale straw colour with hints of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted pear, lime and wet stone aromas are followed by fresh herb and oyster shell like notes. Showing excellent intensity and beautiful shape, moreish pear, lime and green apple fruits overlay a wet slate, oyster shell and mineral back drop. Brisk acidity finishing, dry and long with a river stone like feel.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
