2022 Water Wheel Bendigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium to full bodied with a chalky tannin structure and rustic, somewhat austere finish.

Dense pitch black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Blackcurrant and black olive aromas rise through the nostrils trailed by some cedary tobacco and spicy dried herb notes. Medium to full bodied, blackcurrant and liquorice fruits show good richness framed by a chalky tannin structure which imparts a muscular feel. Notions of black olive, cedary tobacco and dried herb characters extend through to the rustic and somewhat austere finish.
