2022 Two Paddocks Picnic Pinot Noir

Certified organic with fermentation and maturation taking place in French oak. Deep dark purple red in colour with black shaded edges and a purple red hue. Spicy dark cherry and plum aromas emerge from the glass with hints of anise, earth and dried herbs also present. Light in body and fleshy textured the palate features dark cherry and dark plum fruit over a delicate earth, anise and spicy cedar back drop. Fine grained tannins with a savoury mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
