Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts. Elevated lime juice, Granny Smith apple and citrus scents are trailed by wet steel and distinct chalky mineral notes. Tightly coiled flavours of lime juice, green apple and lemon are pinned together by a steely core of mineral infused acidity. Finishes very dry and crisp with a zippy and focused aftertaste.
