This wine is a blend of 85% Sangiovese and 15% other varietals, sourced from the hills of Romagna. It ferments for 10 days at 25-26°C in large tanks before undergoing malolactic fermentation and aging in stainless steel for 3-6 months. It has a russet red color, a velvety texture, and a dry, medium-bodied profile with notes of forest fruits, sour cherry, and a hint of cloves.
