2022 Robert Oatley Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon

Impressively fleshed with rich dark to black fruits and a refined conclusion.

Matured in French oak for 12 months. Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted blackcurrant and mulberry aromas mix with spicy vanillin cedar, tobacco, black olive, dusty earth and bay leaf notes. Rich dark to black currant and ripe mulberry fruits carry impressive flesh across the medium bodied palate. Spicy vanillin cedar, tobacco, subtle earthy dark chocolate and bay leaf accents unfurl across the back half. Fine grained tannins with a long refined yet deeply fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
