Brilliant water like core with a subtle tinge of green around the edges. Intense lime, citrus and Granny Smith apple scents are intermeshed with hints of orange rind, talc and wet steel notes. Racy and concentrated, powering their way across the scrumptious palate are lime and citrus fruits with green apple, subtle orange rind, chalky talc and minerals also present. Crunchy acidity concluding with great intensity and length.

Don’t be fooled by John Hughes’ quirky business name. Eden Valley's dominant juicy lime fruit comes through at speed, backs off towards the back palate before surging on the finish and aftertaste, with white peach and grapefruit providing a high wire of acidity and length. Drink to 2037.
