2022 Patrick Piuze La Grande Vallee Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear, lime and dried honey scents drift through the nostrils followed by subtle wet stone and faint cashew notes. Pear and lime fruits carry a well fleshed feel over a back drop of delicate dried honey and wet stone characters. Brisk acidity finishing dry and nicely shaped.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
