Fruit was sourced from vines planted in 2016 at Neil and Heather Grace’s Home Block vineyard in Watervale. Dark red black tinged core with a dark red hue. Alluring Morello and black cherry as well as liquorice scents combine with incense, Mediterranean herb and spicy earth notes. Mid weighted with a fresh feel, the palate features savoury flavours of red to dark cherries, red liquorice, earthy incense like infusions and spicy herbs. Structured fine grained tannins with a slightly dryish mid length finish.
