Fermented in barrel and matured on lees for 9 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and nectarine are interwoven with dried honey, subtle cashew and gun flint. The elegantly crafted palate features white peach, nectarine and citrus fruits over a delicate dried honey, cashew and flinty mineral back drop. Vibrant acidity lends an energetic feel to what is a refined finish.
