Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear, lychee and red apple are complimented by hints of rosewater, Turkish delight and quince. Texturally full and luscious the mouth filling palate is awash with ripe pear, Jonathan apple, musk, rosewater and subtle Turkish delight flavours. Finishes dry to off dry with refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste that has a dash of spice to it.
