Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with hints of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach, honeycomb and crème brulee like aromas are intermeshed with bacon fat and spice notes. Rich, creamy textured and full in the mouth, the palate features ripe peach, crème brulee and apricot flavours over a subtle honeyed nougat and spice back drop. Finishes ripe with ample freshness and length.
