Matured in French oak for 12 months. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Nectarine and white peach aromas mix with dried honey, biscuity oak, roasted almond and spicy nougat notes. Mid weighted the palate features nectarine and citrus fruits over subtle dried honey, cashew and spice. Gently creamed tinged yet fresh with an elegant mid length finish.
