Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges. Lifted passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry aromas intermix with green apple, subtle grassy asparagus notes and hints of capsicum. Crunchy green apple, passionfruit and lime flavours sit over a delicate grassy back drop. Finishes dry with zippy mineral infused acidity and a mouth watering aftertaste.
