A whole bucket of yellow and exotic fruit pulls you into this rich Mosel riesling that has a wonderful creaminess and just a hint of caramel, the restrained sweetness beautifully balanced by the elegant acidity. Long, very clean finish. Drink or hold.

The 2022 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese was made without botrytis. This is surprisingly open with tart citrus, flashing with Meyer lemon. The palate is concentrated and sprayed with Mirabelle jelly, not opulent but measured. Serene, rounded, smooth, resonant with a lovely edge of Mirabelle and peach skin. (Sweet). Drink: 2025-2050.
