2022 Jericho Selected Vineyards Fiano

Spent 6 months on lees. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear, lime and red apple skin aromas mix with hints of honeydew and wet stone. Intense lime, green apple and pear fruits carry a nicely rounded feel and good textural volume across the mouth watering palate. Infusions of fresh herbs and slatey mineral characters lie underneath. Dry crunchy finish with a long scrumptious mineral infused aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
