2022 J. Moreau & Fils Les Petits Dieux Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Green apple and lime aromas mix with wet slate and minerally oyster shell like notes. Nicely rounded in its feel the palate presents pear, lime and green apple flavours over a wet slate and mineral back drop. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a wet stone laden aftertaste of ample length.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
