Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the outskirts. Pungent gooseberry and passionfruit scents intermix with some herbaceous grassy asparagus and capsicum like notes. Zesty passionfruit, lime and herbaceous gooseberry flavours overlay a crunchy green apple and flinty mineral back drop. Finishes very dry with crisp acidity and a zippy aftertaste.
