Matured in 33% new French oak puncheons for 8 months on lees. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Attractive aromatics of white peach, dried honey and cashew greet the nostrils followed by some biscuity nougat, faint crème brulee and spice notes. Rich yet very refined in its feel, nectarine and citrus fruits meld into a cashew, nougat, dried honey and spice back drop. Finishes with a gentle cream tinged aftertaste.
