Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Lime and green apple scents have a subtle herbaceous grassy overlay with some citrusy mineral notes also evident. Scrumptious passionfruit, lime and green apple fruits drive the palate and show ample intensity. Delicate herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral elements linger underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with a nicely textured conclusion that’s mouth wateringly long.
