2022 Grampians Estate Mafeking Gold Chardonnay

Creamy textured, mid weighted Chardonnay with a prominent toasty vanillin oak component.

Brilliant pale straw core with glistening green toned edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and nectarine aromas are intermeshed with dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat notes. Creamy textured, the mid weighted palate features ripe peach and nectarine fruits over a prominent toasty vanillin oak and spice back drop. Soft acidity lending a rounded feel to the finish which has toasty oak lingering through it.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
