Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and baked apple aromas mix with quince, light honeysuckle and baking spice. Showing good richness and a textural fullness the palate features juicy pear and Jonathan apple fruits over some honeysuckle and delicate spicy quince characters. Finishes dry with nicely balanced acidity and a long well rounded aftertaste.
