Impenetrable inky black colour with an equally deep black dark red hue. Pronounced black cherry and liquorice aromas are to the fore followed by smoky vanillin cedar, dried meat and peppered earth notes. Juicy dark to black cherry and liquorice fruits are framed by a firm muscular tannin structure. Scorched earth, vanillin cedar, smoked meat and peppered herb elements lie underneath. Bright acidity with a tense, chiselled feel to the peppery finish.
