2022 Domaine Mure Pierres Seches Pinot Gris

A rich, luscious Alsatian Pinot Gris with a dry to off dry ginger spice laden finish.

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Intense ripe pear, red apple and rosewater like scents leap out of the glass trailed by some lychee, honeysuckle, musk and Turkish delight like notes. Rich, luscious pear, Jonathan apple, lychee and honeysuckle flavours flood the mouth. Musk, Turkish delight and spicy ginger elements extend across the back half. Excellent textural volume with brisk underlying acidity and a long, generous dry to off dry ginger spice laden finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
