Tense, steely and concentrated with a long, energised finish.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated lime, citrus and mandarin scents are followed by some chalky talc and flinty mineral notes. Zesty lime, lemon and orange rind flavours race across the palate underpinned by crisp mineral infused acidity. Tense and steely it nonetheless displays excellent drive and concentration with flinty accents lingering through the long, energised finish.
