Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Zippy lime zest and Granny Smith apple aromas are followed by some lemon, fresh herb and slatey mineral notes. Scrumptious lime and green apple fruits slide across the palate with a slippery feel underpinned by infusions of fresh herbs and crisp minerally acidity. Long lip smacking finish. Winner of 2 trophies at the Rutherglen Wine Show.
