2022 Crittenden Peninsula Pinot Gris

Matured in used 220 litre barriques on lees for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, ripe apple and dried honey are trailed by some subtle musk and spice notes. Rich and fleshy textured the palate is filled with ripe pear and apple fruits which overlay a dried honey, faint musk and spice back drop. Finishes dry with a nicely balanced freshness and long cream tinged aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
