Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, citrus and dried honey drift from the glass followed by hints of nougat and gun flint. Fleshy white peach, citrus and delicate dried honey flavours decorate the mid weighted palate. Gently creamy in its texture yet energized by lively acidity with notions of crème brulee and nougat tailing off through the back half. Vibrant yet well fleshed finish.
