ABV: 12.5%Closure: StelvinMade from a blend of 80% Viura, 15% Malvasia and 5% Tempranillo Blanco. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear, lime and green apple aromas intermix with hints of lemon butter and wet stone.
Delicately spiced green pear, lime and green apple fruits sit over a wet stone back drop. Slightly waxy feel with crisp acidity. Finishes very dry and refreshing with traces of almond making an appearance.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
