2022 Colab & Bloom Shiraz

Dense inky black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas lead the way followed by some dark plum, hints of dark chocolate and earthy vanillin oak. Rich ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours overlay vanillin cedar and spicy earth elements. Fleshy mouth feel with fine grained tannins and a medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
