Made from a blend of Vermentino and Pinot Grigio. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Pear and green apple aromas are followed by some lemon and stony mineral notes. Crunchy pear and green apple flavours meld into a lime and mineral back drop. Nicely rounded mid palate feel with crisp acidity and a dry zesty finish.
