2022 Cockfighter’s Ghost Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium bodied with a relatively elegant flavour profile and a slightly dusty feel.

Inky black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing offers up aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and black olive followed by some cigar box, earth and bay leaf notes. Medium bodied, the palate has a relatively elegant flavour profile of blackcurrant, red liquorice, black olive, cedary tobacco characters and spicy bay leaf infusions. Fine grained tannins with a slightly dusty feel lingering across the mid length finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
