2022 Buller Wines The Nook Shiraz

Founded by Reginald Langdon Buller in 1921, Buller Wines originated in Rutherglen, North-East Victoria. Over the past century, it has evolved into a prominent Victorian winery, extending its presence to premium wine regions such as Rutherglen, King Valley, Swan Hill, and Heathcote. The Nook series highlights varieties that thrive in their respective regions, with this Shiraz sourced from Heathcote.
Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Dark plum and liquorice aromas mix with earth, spicy vanillin oak and hints of dark chocolate. Medium to full bodied rich dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours meld into a dusty vanillin oak and spice back drop. Sturdy slightly dryish tannins with an earthy dark chocolate conclusion of medium length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
