A blend of 91% Pinot Gris and 9% Riesling. Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges. Nosing reveals aromas of pear, red apple skin and lime followed by hints of honeysuckle and musk. Mouth watering fleshy pear and red apple fruits carry a lovely rounded feel across the palate with traces of musk and lime lying underneath. Brisk acidity finishing long, refreshing and textural.
